Domestic shipping (USA): 7 to 14 business days - Approximate - International shipping: 20 to 38 business days.


International shipping: 20 to 38 business days - Approximate.


All orders are shipped from our factories within 3 to 15 business days.


-Cancellation: orders can be cancelled within 48 hours, within business days after order.


-Premium express shipping (insurance against loss and theft): priority processing at the factory. Insurance against all types of unforeseen events: Theft, loss, damage in transit....


-Packages will not be processed or shipped on weekends and local holidays.


-Please note that estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of Retiro Store and the delivery service.
