Before the order is shipped, the customer can cancel the order and get a full refund. Once the goods are shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order.

Customers can choose to return the goods within 21 days after receiving package.  If it is caused by the consumer, the freight will be borne by the consumer. The cost will be determined by the logistics company chosen by the consumer.

  • All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging for protection.
  • Returned merchandise that is damaged upon receipt will not be credited.
  • Contact us and tell us the shipping number.
  • When we receive the items returned by the consumer, the money will be returned by the original payment method, and customer will get the money within 5 business days.
